COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
Price: The price set is per hunter per day, for
groups of four of more hunters. We accept smaller groups. In that case,
the price will be quoted on requirement. Prices do not include taxes or
commissions.
Payment:
In
all cases a 30% of the total amount will be required as a down payment to
confirm the reservations and dates. The balance will be paid on arrival
before the beginning of the hunting tour. The last day, by the end of the
hunting, the clients will be charged for shells and any other extra
expenses that may arise.
The
bird boy’s personal services are to be paid in the field after the last
hunt at U$S 25 per day.
Tipping the field and hotel staff the last day is customary.
We
accept cash (U.S. currency) and personal Bank Checks of
banks located in U.S.A. In this case we charge an extra 1.5 % commission.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Traveler Checks.
The price of the program includes:
Reception in Córdoba International Airport and assistance with
the procedures to clear the guns through customs.
Transfers to and from the Córdoba airport and from ”La Paz” to the
shooting fields and back. All these trips are made in comfortable vans
or in 4X4 trucks, according to the group size and the weather and road
conditions.
Lodging in the Estancia “La Paz” in double rooms, with breakfast, dinner
and open bar. Clients will be allowed to use the hotel facilities.
Lunch in the field- Dove brochette, barbecue with several types of meat
cuts with salads, drinks, dessert and coffee.
Cold drinks in the field (sodas, bottled water and beer)
Non-hunting companions staying at the ranch can have lunch in the
restaurant without charge.
The price of the program does not include:
The supply of shotgun shells in the field.
Shotgun rental. If necessary, the company has 12 gauge semi-automatic
shotguns, (Remington 1100, Beretta 303, Beretta A 390 and Benelli Super
90).
The payment of the bird boy’s personal services. This is to be paid in
the field after the last hunt at U$S 25 per full day.
Tips for field and hotel staff and baggage handling at the airports
The extra expenses in services not described in the itineraries and
those of personal nature such as phone calls, laundry, or any other of
personal nature.
The charges caused by the use of services not described, such as lodging
in single rooms, beverages not included in the menu or services and
transfers caused by the use of other airports.
Hunting licenses.
Introduction of guns in the country and obtention of
hunting licenses:
The legal introduction of guns in Argentina trugh Ezeiza Int. Airport, is very easy. When arriving
in the country airport, the client must declare them at customs and then
he will be sent to the Airport Police Station - Policía Aeronáutica
Nacional (PAN) - where the guns will be checked and a $200 (pesos
argentinos) fee per gun
will be collected.
There the client will get the form that will allow him to hold, use and
transport the guns during his visit to Argentina. For that reason, the
fulfillment of each of these requirements is of great importance. Under
no circumstances the clients will be allowed to have or carry weapons
without the corresponding permit.
On his return, the client will have the guns checked again and the
airport police will ask him to return the permit.
If the clients provide the necessary information in advance, we may fill
the forms before their arrival, and in this way our agent will be able
to assist him from the time he arrives at Airport Police Station, which will make things
easier and save time.
As regards the obtention of the hunting licenses, our company will take
care of everything so that the clients will already be allowed to go
hunting as soon as they arrive.

Price of land services for the Airports in Buenos Aires:
As
already mentioned, these services are included in our price when the
client enters the country through Cordoba International Airport. In the
case of arriving through Buenos Aires, we suggest hiring the reception and
transfer services with our agents.
These include the reception and assistance with the paperwork to obtain
the holding, use and transportation permit of guns and the transfer to and
from a down town hotel or other airport to connect with flights to further
destinations. This service is particularly important when the hunters
bring their own guns.
Prices are in US Dollars per client, and must be added to the final price
of the tour.
